what can I say, I bought non OEM ink before and ruin my previous printer so I have since buying OEM ink. Canon i860 was a nice color printer. Inks were cheaper than HP, but still at $50+ for all the inks, you should try to print them via Walmart b/c it is cheaper... unless you are like me, you love the convenience and instant gratification... you are paying for it...Customer Review: Great Ink - Shipping Costs way too high & slooooow

The Canon ink is great and the price is fantastic. However, the shipping costs for the products that weigh almost nothing is way too high. Do not think you will save by buying online here. I could have bought locally (and paid tax) for cheaper - I guess I've learned my lesson. It also took some weeks to arrive. I own several Canon printers. My favorite is the i9900. I like to order my inks on Amazon: good price, fast, dependable. But try to find the items sold directly by Amazon, so they qualify for "free super saving shipping". Sometimes you'll find the same inks at a slightly lower price offered by other sellers, but when shipping charges are added ,you end paying more.Customer Review: Cheap and Convenient

Around here Canon ink is difficult to locate and expensive when you actually find someone who carries it. It may take a week or two to arrive using Amazon's free shipping option, but I get fantatstic results from my Canon printer (that also I bought from Amazon). Definitely worth it. My rating is based on the fact that I have been using a Cannon S900 printer for over 4 years. During this time I have used a variety of after market ink cartridges as well as self fill cartridges for printing photos or documents. None of these provided the print quality as the Canon. As such, I only buy Canon ink cartridge (6 for my printer).
