I bought this battery for 1/2 of the price, as it was in a floor model camera. But, the life of the battery isn't at all what it should be. I purchased this battery 6.5 months ago. Used it for various functions and left it plugged in until about 3 weeks ago. It was unplugged but not used by mistake. When I plugged it back in it was DEAD. really dead and have tried to charge and took it to a camera shop to charge without any luck. Considering the original lasted 5 years I doubt this is even close to OEM.
