I was extremely disappointed by this tripod. First, the base isn't level! If you set the legs so that the level reads that you're on level ground, the camera is actually tilted to the left about 5-10 degrees! And no amount of tightening it seems to get mine to sit straight.
Furthermore, after just a few months of use the head cracked making it impossible to adjust it. I've superglued it back together and it's OK for now, but who knows how long it will hold up?
You definitely get what you paid for with this product - which is to say, not much.
