This flash is simple to use and works great. It just takes 5 to 10 practice shots to figure out how it impacts your photographs. I just set the flash setting ON and take pictures. I NEEDED AN EXTRA FLASH TO USE IN DARK ROOMS. THIS FLASH HELPS TO MAKE THE IMAGES BRIGHTER ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CLOSE TO THE SUBJECTS. YET, YOU CANNOT DO LONG DISTANT PHOTOS WITH THE FLASH. I AM PLEASED WITH THE FLASH FOR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR.
