Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Canon PSC-85 Deluxe Soft Case for Canon Powershot A650IS and A720ISCustomer Review: Too big for Canon PowerShot A590IS Summary: 5 Stars
I ordered this case for a Canon PowerShot A590IS. This is a high quality case, very well made, soft yet sturdy. However, it is (vertically) too big for A590IS. If I pull down the cover flap to properly cover the camera, the flap would extend about 3/4" beyond the base of the case. A bigger case would allow the camera to move inside the case and create unnecessary wears. Eventually I switched the cases with an older PowerShot A610, though the A610 case (PSC-60) is still a little big for A590IS.
Customer Review: great product Summary: 5 Stars
this is a soft case so it wont protect against hard impact but it will keep your equipment safe through most endeavors. i have been through a few sand storms with mine also and it keeps my camera pretty safe from those. i find the exterior pocket is perfect size for an extra memory card or pair of batteries which ever the case may be at the time but not both. i would like a slight bit more storage for both. but if you had that you would start to remove the nice compactness of the product
Customer Review: Great little camera case! Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased this case to go with my Canon A570 IS camera. While it may not look it, it's a sturdy little case, with a soft lining which helps protect the camera's LCD screen.
There's a small zippered pouch in the front, which can hold 4 AA batteries, or a spare memory card.
I guess my primary reason for chosing it, over the PSC-60, or PSC-65, cases was the looks. The black color is unabtrusive, the styling is simpler, and it's a perfect compliment to Canon's A-series cameras.
Customer Review: Clever Summary: 5 Stars
This is perfect for my Canon 2000IS. The zipper front holds two extra Sony AA rechargeable Ni-Mh, and an Extreme III SanDisk memory card. While hiking the tight belt loop keeps the case snug against my hip. I can pistol my canon quickly out for hurried shots, and keep it holstered while seriously hiking. You can't go wrong for the price either.
I'm Ben Campbell the author the exciting novels KISSING FREUD and DUBROVNIK. You can purchase both novels here on amazon.com.
Customer Review: Solid Case Summary: 5 Stars
We bought this case for our Canon A590IS(although not stated it is for this model) and the camera fits nicley. Solid case with a zippered pocket under the flap which covers the camera. Very well built, nicely finished edges, with a back thats made to slide your belt through. The material on the outside looks like Cordura nylon, and a finely weaved nylon interior. The camera slides right in and out without any fumbling. Our new camera feels secure here. Definitlely worth the money.
