After trying different printers and returning them due to colors not being true, print lines on paper, blacks not black enough, I decided to try this printer. Since I need true color for my drawings, I wanted a printer with separate colors which this Canon has as well as two blacks ... the colors are brilliant especially when I print on photo paper... I am very happy with the Canon MP610. The printer is fast, easy to use, bluetooth... I would highly recommend it.Customer Review: another quality canon product

Purchased this canon printer to replace an older canon printer that wasn't supported by windows vista. I knew and trusted canon products and when I read that this printer was rated third by consumer report and Amazon had it marked down to $79.99 it was a no brainer. Text is just fine and pictures are excellent. Scanned images were good also. I haven't tried all the bells and wistles on this printer but I'm sure they will all perform as advertised and then some.Customer Review: Nothing to complain about, and much to like.

If you are looking for an easy-to-use, inexpensive printer that is fast and
reliable, you've found it. We now have three (two of them are MP600 models)
of these in our offices and have had nary a problem from day one. It's
well-made and simple to navigate. I bought this model over the MP600 for the
increased scanning resolution.
Don't put too much stock into the bad reviews. This is an excellent product.

REC'D THIS PRINTER JUST A FEW DAYS AGO. I INSTALLED IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. (YES, EVEN A 74 YR. OLD GRANDMA CAN BE A TECHIE!) THE PRINT AND PHOTOS ARE CRISP AND CLEAR. NO PAPER JAMMING. LOVE THE CASSETTE FEATURE. I AM USING IT WITH A DELL INSPIRON LAPTOP -WINDOWS XP AND DID NOT HAVE DRIVER PROBLEMS. THE EASY-SCROLL WHEEL IS REALLY NEAT. THE CD-ROM INSTALLED QUICKLY W/O A HITCH. HAVE NOT TRIED DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING YET. SO FAR SO GOOD.
