After careful review decided to buy this Canon product. Found the best price at Amazon. The printer has done everything I've needed in a fast quiet manner. It was easy to set up and has thourough but understandable instructions. Haven't used all of the capabilities yet, but so far really like the color reproduction, and 2 paper trays.Customer Review: Great Product

Although I'm not too sure if this would be considered a mid-end consumer product, it definitely does the job of a high-end one. I've printed pictures on glossy epson paper and they came out fabulous! It was easy to install, printing works great and so does scanning. For under 80 that I purchased it for, I consider it a great buy!Customer Review: Canono MP610

This was Christmas gift and I love it. Picture quality is great. Prints faster and not as noisy as my old Lexmark all-in-one. I like it better than the HP all-in-one photo printer I use at work too. Have not used enough to comment on how long the ink last, but so far it seems much better than the Lexmark ink hog. Scans fast also.Customer Review: This printer is great and inexpensive!

This is the best printer/scanner I ever had!!!
The quality of photos printed is excellent. It is easy to use and has many useful functions (like scanning a document and saving it as a PDF file, for example).
I could not be happier with this printer. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

i was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which I was able to start using the printer. The photographs I printed were of excellent quality. The copy feature was quick and easy to use however the black and white contrast for documents was a little disappointing. Over all I am very happy with this purchase.
