this is a great printer. it is fast, and not too expensive to run. people are always impressed by the output. keep in mind though that is is BIG. really big, so if you think thie will fit on your desktop, you must have a really big desk. it needs its own table, and a lot of room in front and backCustomer Review: Lab quality

Although this printer may never "pay for itself" with the pricing of online labs, the convenience and ability to see the finished product in minutes is outstanding. The print quality is second to none. It is fast, and delivers.

I had a Canon Pixma Pro9000 printer for a few years and had to replace it. I like the printer so much I had to get another. The printing is exceptional in color and sharpness. I print artwork that I create on the computer and use 14 inch wide paper for most of my prints. It works great!Customer Review: Lots of space, but great results

The Pixma Pro9000 has one significant disadvantage- it takes an extraordinary amount of space, but that is inherent in a product that produces 13 by 19 images. The images are excellent, even when using Canon Photo Plus paper and not the art paper which can also be utilized.Customer Review: Great printer on many types of paper

I've had this printer for 6 months. It does a great job. I've printed on glossy, pearl & canvas paper. I've printed from 4x6 to 13x19 without issue. The front loader for the thicker canvas works well as long as you follow the instructions.
Very satisfied customer.
