I'm so done with HP printers, so I bought the Canon Pixma iP4500 Photo Inkjet Printer, and I would recommend this printer to everyone. Don't try to save a buck on a cheap inkjet printer, spend the cash on Canon Pixma iP4500, and you will also agree it was money well spent. Love this printer!!! Added bonus, it has a cool front load paper tray, and a rear paper feed. Plus the ink cartridges illuminate red when installed correctly. I received the Printer very fast from the Vendor (3days) at a Great Price. This is my second Photo Printer and I have to say the Best I have ever used. Set up was super easy, within 45 minutes I was up and Ready to Print, I grabed 2 pictures and Printed them as 5x7 Prints. They printed in 40 seconds WOW Very sharp and Clear with no running or smearing of colors, I am amazed at the speed and the quality of the Prints for a little over 100.00 This was a Great investment for a Color Injet Printer. Look no Further and Buy this one You will not be disappointed!!!Customer Review: Terrific

I got this printer for free after rebate from Apple (with the purchase of a macbook). It got me pretty excited when it arrived. It's good size and REAL sleek looking. Installing was very easy, as i followed exactly what the instructions said. I didnt use it a whole lot yet, but each time i used, i was astonished at its speed. Though it's an inkjet, it's got a laser printer speed. Even with color, it's very fast. afterall, it's a Canon, and im sure tho i havent tried a lot yet, the quality of photo printing and etc are excellent. my big recommendation.Customer Review: great photo and home office printer, not just for the money

The Pixma iP4500 is a great printer for photos and general home office use. Set-up is a breeze. Having two trays for photo paper and 8-1/2x11 stock paper is a tremendous plus as is the ability to print on both sides of the paper. The photos look every bit as good as those printed commercially. The included software works flawlessly as a plug-in with the DPP image handling software supplied with Canon DSLR cameras. The unit closes up into an attractive black and silver box with none of the clunky printer look of older generations of printers.Customer Review: Super deal!

My Canon Pixma iP4500 printer is really great! Just plug it in and let it do its thing while initializing and then you are ready to go. I really like the auto on and off feature. Both the text and photo quality are top rate. The price delivered from Amazon.com was hard to believe. The print head on my old Canon i960 had some problems but with Amazon's great price it didn't cost much more to buy the new iP4500 delivered than it would have cost to replace the print head on my old printer.
I highly recommend this printer.
