Customer Review: bad photos on a fabulous vacation

My new camera, bought and used for my once-in-a-lifetime fabulous New Zealand/Australia Odyssey, has all the bells and whistles...and takes poor quality grainy pictures with "lines" across the image no matter what the setting. I thought it was my fault, but it wasn't (and still isn't.) Don't know if this is a flukey lemon in an otherwise good product line, but it doesn't matter. The damage is done and the photos can only be used as reference for sketches. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy another Canon camera.
