Features are easy to learn, especally the changing of the memory card and battery. The LCD display is great. However,as someone who is fairly new to didgital photography, I found the focusing step with the shutter takes some practice. That is certainly no fault of the camera. Pros: Superb picture quality, great price, great battery life, simple to use.
Cons: Not for the established photographer, there is some lag time if you need quick shots or focus.

I am really enjoying my Canon. It is handy and takes very good pictures. I have not yet had to enlarge or develop any - but they look good on-line. I wish I could charge the battery while it is in the camera but taking the battery out to charge it is not the worst thing in the world, I guess.Customer Review: Everything good so far

Everything has worked very well for us so far, the only annoyance is that the auto focus can flip out a bit when the camera is on and just pointed into space, as it keeps seeming to try to refocus. Putting your hand near the lens or turning it off are both acceptable workarounds.
