I was surprised when it arrived to see it was an FX-8, rather than S-35 cartridge. Apparently they are the same. Also, the packing list stated it had an expiration date of 2008. Neither of these facts were mentioned on the product page.Customer Review: Canon S35 Cartridge

The cartrige installed easily and worked right away. However the printing is very light and can not be adjusted. This is OK for printed material, but maps and other graphic material are illegible.
