Customer Review: Optional battery seems to be non-existent

I purchased this printer for use in an area without power and on the strength of the words 'Optional Battery' in the description. The manual does not list this as an accessory, there is no place to put batteries, and the specs in the manual state that it is 24V at something like 400 Watts (from my shaky memory). If you had a couple of car batteries, you should be able to run this, but not any set of small batteries unless I missed something.
I sent mine back. It is probably a good printer if you do not need battery.
The printer is made in China.

I have not been able to use this product because the ink and paper I ordered at the same time as the Canon Selphy has not arrived as yet. If I can't get ink, I will be very unhappy with the entire purchase. I've rated it as a 3 because that is middle of the road. Who knows what I would have rated had I been able to use the product.
