Love the camera, but it was very disappointing to give it as a Christmas gift and discover that it doesn't have the date stamp! I made a wrong assumption that all new camera's came with this feature. The person I bought if for, definitely wanted this on a camera so now I have to send it back and purchase a different one.Customer Review: Great pictures - a little heavy

This camera takes very clear, automatically focused pictures. You don't need a lot of picture-taking experience to get good results. My only criticism is the bulk. I used to have an Olympus, and found it to be much sleeker and smaller. However, this Canon seems to be more durable so far.Customer Review: Good basic P+S

Decent amount of options, good lens quality, but do wish it had exposure compensation and spot metering, I've found many lighting situations where this camera could have used those features. Also wish the lens were a little wider angle so found a used Canon Z90W.Customer Review: good, but no date

This is a good camera in its class, and well-rated by CR. But despite the claim made in the current "editorial reviews" description, this model has no date imprint feature. If you want that, try the "sureshot 85 zoom/date".Customer Review: well done, but doesn't have the battery saving auto off

Its a wonderful camera with all the nice features. I really liked it. I have used it on a trip to Niagara Falls and the photos came out fantastic even in low light. My only negative about this is that it doesn't have the auto shutoff feature.
